3. NE6 routes work into the correct model

- Execution hours (prepaid) for implementation and deliverables
- Milestone/SOW when scope is stable and deliverables can be defined

AI-assisted workflow
The standard AI-assisted workflow is our default option, ensuring reliable and efficient turnaround times by using AI to speed up production. We also offer reduced AI tiers, which involve less AI in the process and require more time and manual effort for those who prefer a more traditional approach.
Turnaround Time
Our standard turnaround time is 2–5 weeks, providing a balanced and reliable delivery timeline. For faster delivery, we also offer speed upgrades, allowing projects to be completed on an accelerated schedule when time is a priority.

Payments, Start, and Process
Why do I have to pay before meetings?
NE6 operates async-first and structure-first. Paying to start ensures the process is serious, reduces wasted meetings, and allows time to be applied directly to review, scoping, and structured guidance.
What happens immediately after purchase?
You receive a confirmation page with your intake form link. Once intake is submitted, NE6 begins review and will respond through an async-first workflow, using your purchased hours.
Do you require calls?
No. Async-first is the default. Calls are by appointment when needed and are billed within your purchased hours.
Retainer vs Prepaid vs Milestone
What’s the difference between a retainer and prepaid execution hours?
Retainers are support hours used for scoping, review, planning, research synthesis, and decision support. Prepaid blocks are execution hours used for implementation and deliverables.
Can I have both a retainer and prepaid hours?
Yes. Many clients keep a retainer for ongoing support and use prepaid hours for execution sprints.
If I start on a retainer and need execution, what happens?
NE6 will recommend adding prepaid hours or moving to a milestone/SOW for the execution portion. Retainer hours remain focused on support and scoping.
If I start with prepaid hours, will you still help me scope?
Yes. Activation and scope validation are part of prepaid execution, and they count toward purchased hours.
Turnaround
What does “standard turnaround 2–5 weeks” mean?
It means NE6 plans capacity with a standard delivery posture inside that window. Work is often completed sooner, but faster timing is not guaranteed unless a speed tier is selected and feasible.
How do I upgrade to speed?
Choose the Speed toggle when purchasing. If you’ve already purchased, request an upgrade through support or your Sales Agent.
AI
What is the default AI approach?
Standard AI-assisted workflow is included by default. If you require restricted AI or no-AI deliverables, those options are available via AI tier selection.
Need restricted AI use?
We are able to operate with limited AI and no AI, contact us now for an Invoice!
Accounts, Billing, Cancellation
How do I cancel a monthly retainer?
You can cancel from your account portal or by submitting a support request. Cancellation stops future billing; access continues through the end of the current billing period.
Do monthly retainer hours roll over?
No. Monthly retainer hours reset each month. If you need banked time, use the Annual Support Bank or Prepaid Blocks.
How do I switch from annual bank to monthly?
Purchase a monthly retainer at any time. Annual bank hours remain available through their validity window.
Can I upgrade from 3 hours to 5 or 10 hours?
Yes. You can upgrade within your account portal or through support.
