How a Regional Platform Became NE6
New England Connect began in 2019 as a regional directory. As the idea expanded, the work revealed a larger need. Complex digital projects require more than a platform and a list of features. They need clear decisions, a clear scope, strong documentation, and a plan for what happens after launch.
When features such as ticketing, booking, and marketplace payments introduced additional legal and operational responsibilities, we paused them rather than force the platform forward before the foundation was ready.
That experience helped shape NE6 into the business it is today, supporting clients with clearer planning, coordinated execution, and systems designed for long-term use.
