We are rooted in New England, operate globally, and collaborate with partners when needed—while maintaining a single point of responsibility for every engagement.
From Regional Platform to Digital Studio
New England Connect began as a regional directory concept in 2019. Over several years, that idea expanded into a much larger platform focused on business discovery, events, and community engagement. In 2024, New England Connect LLC was formally established as a Massachusetts company to support that work.
As the platform matured, it became clear that operating large-scale marketplaces, ticketing systems, and third-party payment flows introduced legal and operational requirements that demanded a more deliberate, phased approach. As a result, the New England Connect platform was intentionally re-scoped and paused for restructuring.
Out of that process, New England Connect LLC evolved into what it is today: a business-first digital studio focused on structuring projects correctly, validating ideas, and building durable digital systems—whether those systems are public platforms, internal tools, or product concepts.

Most engagements are service-based and tracked hourly, commonly structured as an Annual Retainer, prepaid hour blocks, milestone-based projects, or post-paid support. In select cases, we also collaborate through custom partnership arrangements when there is strong alignment.

RouteProof™
A proof-as-a-service concept designed to help route-based and operational service businesses capture structured evidence of work activity. RouteProof is intended to complement existing field service systems by focusing on verification, documentation, and defensible records. It supports a wide range of service categories and is being developed in phases alongside research and community input.
New England Connect (Platform)
A regional directory and community platform serving New England. The platform currently focuses on free business listings, events, community engagement, and advertising options. More complex transactional features are planned for future phases once the required legal, policy, and operational framework can be supported responsibly.
